Unless a written agreement expressly states otherwise, internal tools, templates, automation, calculation workflows, software configurations, and work processes used by Power System Calcs are not client deliverables and remain the property or confidential business resources of Power System Calcs.
This section is intended to protect internal business methods and tools without limiting the client's right to receive the deliverables expressly required by the applicable written agreement.
9. User Submissions
By submitting information, documents, drawings, specifications, photographs, models, studies, schedules, reports, cloud links, or other materials through this website or related intake process, you represent that you have the right to provide those materials and that their submission does not violate any confidentiality obligation, security requirement, law, regulation, or third-party right.
